1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned with original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order information is required.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been used or opened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products caused by improper handling
  • Items without original packaging
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized products

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Photos of the item
  • A description of the issue

We will review your request and provide a suitable solution, including replacement or refund when applicable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Contact us if the issue continues.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours after purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery according to our return policy.
